The Best Affordable Dentist in Laurel, Maryland, for Dental Implants
Dr. Clark was extremely easy to get a hold of and have an honest conversation with about price, the type of treatments he had to offer, and how he could help us. He offers free consultations on his website. At one point, we decided to book a free phone consultation with his office. To our delight, he actually called us himself.
He didn’t charge us for this free phone consultation at all. We always love to see a doctor that cares about his patients so much, he is willing to call his own potential patients. We don’t expect it, but it really stood out to us. This type of behavior is rare.

We were particularly impressed with this office’s affordable fees around full arch dental implants - particularly fixed zirconia arches (also commonly referred to as “All-On-4 implants”.) While most offices in the area charge $32,000 per arch (jaw), Dr. Marshone Clark offered the same procedure for only $18,500 per arch (jaw). He charges 40% less than most of his peers.
The price was so good we were skeptical, so we took the extra effort to ask additional questions. Was this for the full procedure start to finish? Were there any hidden fees? Do they still use brand name materials? We were happy with each answer - they were not cutting corners. When we asked the doctor why his fees were so affordable, he literally said “I’m doing this to help as many people as possible. The people that need this treatment don’t deserve to go into life crippling debt.” Needless to say, we were impressed.
When we asked for before and after photos, they were happy to share them. To top it off, the office boasts over 490 five star reviews on Google.

Upon our initial interaction, we were genuinely impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff over the phone. Their customer service was courteous and inviting, creating an expectation of a patient-centered experience. However, once the conversation turned to pricing, it became clear that this practice significantly overcharges for dental implant procedures.
While their stellar reputation on Google is commendable, a high volume of positive reviews alone does not justify exorbitant pricing—particularly when it comes to dental implants, a procedure paid primarily out-of-pocket by patients. The reality is that when a dental office inflates the cost of a full arch restoration by an additional $5,000 or even $10,000, it is the patient who bears the financial burden of that markup. We called the office. The staff was nice and friendly. When asked about dental implant prices, we were given the runaround and told to book an in-person consultation. We were told it would be impossible to get an accurate quote over the phone. (In our experience, this typically means the office charges premium fees.) They are only an honorable mention because they failed to be transparent on price (they likely charge premium fees) and we were on hold on the phone for a few minutes before being helped.
A strong reputation should not serve as a justification for excessive fees, and prospective patients would be wise to consider whether they are truly receiving value that aligns with the premium they are expected to pay. You can visit their website here

1200 five star reviews on Google. From the moment we called, we could tell this office catered to a high-end clientele. Their team was
warm and professional, and their doctor had impressive credentials. But when we inquired about costs, we found that their pricing seemed significantly higher than what many people might expect to pay elsewhere. While their quality was top-notch, affordability wasn’t a priority here.
